I reckon its fake, I mean the main body of the rocket doesnt have much fuel to carry the warhead very far ... and the person who edited the photo forgot to edit some bits out ...

The Army TACMS Block II Missile (XM 275) anti-armor warhead is another member of the MLRS family of missiles. Its mission is to provide a mobile, near all weather, rapid response capability to attack second echelon maneuver units at operational depths, reduce the presentation rate of follow-on-forces, and delay/disrupt armored units. The surface-to-surface missile uses the same guidance system as the ATACMS Block IA missile. The warhead carries thirteen BAT submunitions. The missile is an all-up certified round housed in and fired from the missile/launch pod container (M/LPC).
New Eauipment Training (NET) has been completed for ATACMS Block II. Details of the NET program can be found in the NET Plan, MIC90004.

MLRS are useless, cant see how they would help in Iraq or defend against terrorism. These kinda weapons are outdated.
