the chinese will sign a non agression pact with germany, for trade at this point proves to be impossible, if boarders later in the game allow, china will set up trade with germany

Since china is still in debt to Russia, the ftc will have to be put off until at least turn 5

For a reason, it appears as though Saudi-Chinese relations are in a bruised state. Saudi ARabia is concerned with China's constant expansion, NOT that it's something bad [as that is most certainly one of the prime points of the game,] but rather as a world power and since your invasion of India, The KSA has been worried about its own security, not about intruding yours or interfering with your territorial expansion. Is there anyway we can reconcile our relations? Saudia Arabia would never try something that would openly and INTENTIONALLY desrupt relations between our countries.
