Mafia WarGame v1.01 made by Cloyne_Blade_

This is my 1st attempt and is likely to suck a whole lotta balls.

Special Rules:
If a Don is present during a firefight, your men fight better, even if hes inside a vehicle

Your Don carriers a revolver, but is easily killed as he would be gunned for.

If you lose your Don, his son takes over as Don, but if they both die, its game over.

If you got a Don aprroved car, you can attempt to make a getaway at the beginning of an assault on your mansion. If the rival mafia came in vehicles this reduces your chances of a getaway. If you getaway and your thugs arent wiped out you can return to the mansion, if you lost everything you can possibly take over another area of the city, TBD by the mod.

Men on foot can cross 1 territory per turn.

Men in cars can go anywhere in one turn.

All cars come with a beretta thug as the driver, he can get out to fight.

If your driver is killed you can assign another thug to do it, but if none of your men around, enemies can/will jack it.

Cash System

no more credits, you make cash now, it's obviously way off and likely to change but oh well...

--New features--

Cloyne can change the details or delete them.

Every 1-3 turns I _Kenny) Will add a random event or two with little gangs within your gangs, cops, and other things.

----- Business takeovers-----

at the cost of four hundred dollars, you can try and take over a neutral business to add 100 dollars to your income. It'll take a Lieutanant and two or more thugs with him in a car/transport. With that 400 dollars to try and convince.

You can also do this in enemy territories and this will make them loose 50 dollars IF sucessful.

---Unique units---

When approved by me (Kenny) or C buddy there, you can have one kind of unique unit of any gangster type.

Example:

Max Payne of the Payne family: cost: 700$, only one of this can be purchased (only one unique unit a gang)

Type: Hitman.

Max Payne can be used as a Lieutanant in a fight, raising morale of other gangsters and making quick work of other gang members. Max Payne is the ultimate Mob killing machine, being famous for taking down the Puchinello (sp?) Crime family Don and and Aesir Corporation owner.

Spec: Excellent in gangster-to Gangster fights, best at Don killing.

Weak: Against assassians, drive by's, explosives.

Strong against: All gun using Thugs (except for hitmen, assassians, demo men)

Starting: 150$/turn
Car Import Shop:Cost:200$ +50$/turn
Each car import shop reduces all car costs by 10 up to 50 total.
Drug Factory:Cost:175$ +75$/turn
A Drug Factory is exactly what it sounds like, but usually these are built down in Columbia, so drug factories can never be destroyed.
Pimp:Cost:100$ +50$/turn
A pimp is a...pimp, he patrols youre mafia territory pimpin his skuzzy hoes, but is vunerable to rival gangs hitmen.
Bribery:-50$/turn
Bribery keeps those damn coppers off your tail and decreases your chance of having a bad police-related random events.

Units:
Beretta Thug:Cost:25$
Your basic suited mafia warrior generally always patrolling your territory with an easily hidden stolen beretta, average against all units cept butchered by MG Thugs.

Magnum Thug:Cost:25$
More effective against vehicles but less againt other men.

MG Thug:50$
Suited Thug with a sub-machiengun of some sort, cant exactly patrol the streets with his bulky MG but can patrol in a vehicle or defend the HQ Mansion

AK-Thug:65$
Better against vehicles and other men.

Uzi-Thug:75$
Best gun-toting Thug, has double-clipped, double uzis.

M16 Thug:100$
Anti-Vehicle thug, still good againt other thugs, but double uzis just works better.

Explosives Expert:50$
Thug with an expertise in anything that blows up. Can blow down mansion doors and lob nades thru windows or at cars, but sucks if caught alone, excellent with an escort.

Sniper:75$
A pro sniper, especially good on defense and can attempt to kill dons, but is better at stakeouts. equipped with a scopped 50 cal, so alerta police rather quickly if fired.

Lieutant:75$
Similar to a Thug, with 2 berettas and excellent leadership skills, improves the fighting potential of all the men with him.

Rocket Launcher Thug:200$
Anti-Vehicle and anti-building thug, butcherd by anything else, included thugs that dived out of windows before the car blew up.

Hitman:100$
Dressed like a civlian, tries to get close to a Don or Thug before whipping out his SG and blowing the corpse straight to hell, weak in a firefight.

Assasian:175$
The best in Don killing, equipped with 2 silenced pistols, has a small chance of also infiltrating a Don's mansion to do the deed. Better chances in public, decent in a firefight.

Electrician Expert:100$
Expert with computers/electronics, when stationed at Mansion gets +25$/turn from internet scams. Helps during mansion assaults by cutting electricity and cracking door codes. Also helps when coupled with an infiltrateion assasination attempt. Carriers a beretta

Lock Picker:35$
A normal thug that can pick enemy mansion locks that arent electronic, carries a beretta

Flame Thrower Thug:175$
Thug thats excellent againt men but weak againt vehicles.

General Vehicles:

1982 Geo-Metro +Driver:Cost:100$
Basically a Thug in a black two seater, can have one other Thug in the car too, gets your thugs to enemy terrotory faster, and helps during shoot-outs. Can preform really crappy driver bys. If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +10$/turn.

1972 Gremlin:Cost:150$
Basically a Thug in a black 4 seater, can carry 3 Thugs and gets your thugs to enemy terrotory faster, and helps during shoot-outs. Can preform decent drive-bys and even better ones with extra thugs in the car. If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +20$/turn.

1969 Pontiac GTO:Cost:200$
Bascically a thug in a sweet ass black GTO, hold 4 extra thugs besides the driver, the best for hitman drop-offs because of inconspiuness. If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +25$/turn.

1969 Camaro Cost:225$
Basically a thug in a fast Camaro with a rebuilt 327, holds 3 extra thugs besides the driver, excellent drive-byes, very fast transport. If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +25$/turn.

1969 Chevy Corvette:Cost:300$
A thug in a sleek black vetet with a rebuilt 427. holds only one thug but an excellent choice for hitman drop-offs or fast drive-bys. If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +35$/turn.

2003 Mercedes CL600:Cost:400$
A fast, tough, heavy 4-seater, carriers 3 extra thugs. The Don may me carried in this vehicle only if 2 other armed thugs accompany him. If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +30$/turn.

2003 Lotus Elise:Cost:425$
A quick, light drive-by car, helps pimps big time, the best get-away car for The Don. If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +55$/turn.

2003 Lexus SC430:Cost:450$
A faster, heavy 2 seater, does some of the best drop-offs and drive-bys. If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +40$/turn.

2003 Porsche 911 Turbo:Cost:475$
Same stats as the SC430, just faster and a little heavier.
If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +45$/turn

2003 Jaguar XJ220:Cost:500$
Amazing Car, fast, great handling, one of the best drive-by cars. 2 Seater. Can be used as a Don getaway car. If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +50$/turn.

2003 Dodge Viper Venom800:Cost:750$
The BEST drive by car, period. Also the fastest production car and best Don getaway car. 2 Seater If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +75$/turn.

Specialty Vehicles:
Transport:
2003 Ford Excursion:275$
A thug in a black Excusion, the main transport for the mafia, holds 7 extra thiugs besides the driver, slow but sturdy, decent on a driveby. If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +5$/turn.

2001 Ford Explorer:175$
Your basic transport, holds 5 extra thugs. slow and steady. If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +5$/turn.

2003 Hummer:350$
incredily tough transport, decent on drivebys too, holds 6 extra thugs, can be used as a reliable Don transport.

Pimpin:

1957 Chevy Corvette:500$
The BEST pimp-mobile, provides decent protection as well. If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +125$/turn.

Cadilac!:Cost:200$
Pimpin!!! If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +40$/turn.

2002 Plymouth Prowler:425$
Very good Pimp-mobile.If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +75$/turn.

1922 Ford:150$
Pimp-mobile. If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +30$/turn.

Don Transport:
Limo:350$
A stretch! holds 8 extra defensive thugs. If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +50$/turn.

Armored Limo:775$
The Ulimate Don transport+thugs transport, hold 10 extra men total, almost invunerable to gunfire. If this car is dedicated to driving a pimp around and not to defense, the pimp gets an extra +35$/turn.

Mansions:

Starting Mansion:Cost:Free
Where you start, just a upper-class home behind a heavily wooded yard in the outskrirts of downtown.

Large Mansion:Cost:500$
A Bigger Mansion, requires some sort of 'Don approved' transportation to get there. increases base income from 100$/turn to 250$/turn. Better protection

Godfather Mansion:Cost:1000$
The Biggest Mansion, requires some sort of 'Don approved' transportation to move there. increases base income from 100/250$/turn to 450$/turn. Best protection

Improvements.
Alarms:Cost:50$
Just little red remoted mansion-defense thugs carry to alert other guard and but the mansion on alert. Makes it harder for assasains to infiltrate, also helps in mass assaults
Cameras:Cost:75$
Watch cameras, must have a thug assigned to monitor them or they become useless, makes it nearly immpossible for assasains to infiltrate, doesnt help in mass attacks.
Electronic Locks:100$
Door Codes needed to eneter rooms/the mansion, grants immunity to lock pickers
Steel Reinforced doors:175$
Doors are extremely tough, the majority of the time explosives fail against these doors.
Automated Machine Guns:400$
Machine guns mounted on walls, that when activated by alarms or motion sensors, attack all moving targets that arents carrying the requency emmiter given to friendly thugs on mansion defense.
Barbed Wire Fences:75$
Duhhh
Wrought Iron Fences:150$
very tall fences that are very hard to climb
Electrified Fences:250$
Fences immpossible to climb/infiltrate but easy to destroy

in the beggining you say its $150, then at the masion upgrade part you say its $100 for the basic mansion

does that make it 250 a turn in TOTAL, or is that just a mistake?

oh, i forgot to change the basic income in the mansion description...it means you go from 150$/turn to 250$/turn minus all the xtra things you have like pimps

Do your thugs cost any upkeep?

Do all cars come with a driver?

And how are orders processed?

sorry for any confusion, if i change one thing, its easy to forget to change every dependent detail

im not sure what you mean by order processing

I think you can pick a country where you buy your guns from, and if the mod says yes you can use em, put them in place of standard men

for an uzi guy, you can change to MP5, Russians would stay with Ak-47 or you can change to the G-36

etc..

you cant buy the G36 without a special goverment license and they are only made to order, so no chance of getting them unless your in the military or goverment

keep it realisitic

ONLY pistols, shotguns, rifles and *maybe* a few small SMGs

I meant how are we supposed to do our orders, ie. just post them in the main thread, or do a gang thread, or PM them or something like that.
