If you want satellites, buy them from British Communications International. Being the only provider of satellite comms which buying from me will greatly increase your ability to win battles and defend your country.
The cost of setting up satellites this way is drastically reduced, normally to get one basic communications satellite up will take 9 turns and 65 credits.
This way, for a small fee you can cut those waiting times and costs, buying 3 or more in one turn will reduce costs even more. Spy satellites will only be sold singly.
Price List
Communications Satellite - 2 Turn build time
1-2 = 25 Credits each
3+ = 20 Credits each
Advanced Communications Satellite – 2 Turn build time
1-2 = 35 Credits each
3+ = 30 Credits each
Spy Satellite – 3 Turn build time
1 = 50 Credits

Well no, because you bought the launching facility at the same time you did the research ... you have to wait for the research to be completed, before building the facility.
