What's the best program for making graphics and suff on your pc, well just anything more slick than Paint i guess haha, but nothing you'd have to buy

... But man, Paint is a high class fuckin' program! I use it a lot. :-D But otherwise I use Paintshop 7 and Photoshop 7.... More so Paintshop.

Plug-ins really are the only thing that differ between the two programs.. As far as I could tell anyway. I didn't really use photoshop that much.
