That would never work !!! Everyone wants power there will never be world peace. We would have to do away with all Religions that don't get along, all races that don't get along, everyone who does not speak the same language. World peace is a nice thought but it will never happen. Man is imperfect and everyone (world wide) will never agree.
Its sorta like getting a vegan and a meat eater together at the resturant and having them choose a meal for each other. War would break out.

lol, I know ... I honestly beleive it is impossible, maybe if man evolves a little, but we never will, we are still the same, just technical tribal apes.
