im sick and tired of Botto not willing to mod
i would of had all of africa by now but he is never willing to do outcomes.
take a look at this AOL chat:

this is just one of the many times Botto has slowed the game down for us. I knew fucking China and Brazil were gonna invade me after betraying Russia but since the mod doesnt feel like modding i cant strike
if the game was played as it could of been things would be much different. i dont even bother to ask for african OOBs anymore cuz the mod doesnt want to do the outcomes.
hopefully things will be different for #3

i dont really think i played too badly considering my starting credit income was 8, but this has nothing to do with that
