Xin Sheng announced!
Premier Nemesis today revitalised Chinese spirit by harkening back to the old days of the Chinese empires, and the might of the Dragon. He calls this approach "Xin Sheng", or new birth, and is trying to instill some religious belief, identity and patriotism in the Chinese people.
He is the first Communist leader to actually encourage religion, and also believes Communism has to evolve slightly like capitalism to truly be strong. These views have brought criticism from some hardliners, but they have been silenced by the growing support, patriotism and enthusiasm of the Chinese people.
Finally they feel they have an identity, an ideal to work towards, to help make their nation the great power it once was - to make the Dragon roar once more.
This renewed vigour is improving China vastly, and is making Nemesis a very popular leader. The whereabouts of the hardliners who spoke out against him is unknown.
Mongolia to become part of Xin Sheng!
"The Mongolian people have suffered corrupt and frankly terrible governments for too many years now. I have therefore decided to give them the honour of joining the Chinese Xin Sheng, a programme which will revitalise their nation too as part of a powerful alliance of nations." Premier Nemesis said today.
It is expected the corrupt regime's armed forces will challenge the peaceful invasion, but there are hopes that the Mongolian reservists will not answer the call to arms, and instead welcome the Chinese as saviours.
Chinese stance on nuclear weapons revealed!
There was a tense silence over the press office of the Forbidden Palace, as Premier Nemesis finally emerged.
The atmosphere was alive with anticipation. The other major world powers had announced their stance on nuclear weapons, what would the man they now called the Dragon, the embodiement of Xin Sheng have to say on such horrific weapons?
"I am sad that others think that they must use nuclear weapons for the defence of their nations." The Premier began. "But China will not stoop to their level, for with the heart, bravery and strength of the Dragon we will not need such barbaric weapons.
"In China, as Sun Tzu once taught us, war is an art to be won by the most honourable and noble warriors, not the ones with the most nuclear weapons.
"That is why I know, as we are the most honourable and noble warriors on earth, we will not have to fear such weapons, and one who would use them upon China or an ally of China will find themselves destroyed and defeated by the overwhelming force of Xin Sheng.
"However, I will not let China fall too far behind, should too many nations build nuclear weapons we will acquire one nuclear submarine from another nation to give us some leverage in the language of nuclear diplomacy that other nations seem to be desperate to speak. But this will be a last resort, for China by the will of our ancestors will not fall into such desperate measures. We will fight honourably as we always have.
"Good bye Comrades, and may the power of Xin Sheng and the Party be with you."
The Premier meets the President
In the latest series of trading with other nations to increase China's international position, Premier Nemesis ordered two M1A2 tank divisions from America to form the basis of the new 1st Chinese Assault Army. He sent the TDS Honour, a transport ship to collect these, and went with it. Meanwhile, a Lynx Assault Transport Helicopter squadron from Britain was flying to China via Russia, pending Russian approval.
The Premier Nemesis met President Roddy in Los Angeles as part of the delivery of the units, and were said to have discussed the nuclear arms race in particular. The Chinese Foreign Ministry released a statement saying that both leaders had "agreed that nuclear weapons are barbaric, but we should act with caution against those building them".
The Chinese and Americans sign an alliance
Premier Nemesis today officially signed an alliance with President Roddy of America, a nation which has been pleased by China's move towards capitalism and democracy, as well as more personal freedom.
The abolishing of the "one child only" rule was said to be particularly popular in the States.
Premier Nemesis arrived in America onboard the Xin Sheng, which was escorting American and Chinese transports.
He was shown around Air Force One, and is currently considering buying a plane like it, and then went on board USS Ticonderoga, the AEGIS cruiser defending America's west coast with the President.
There they discussed the state of the world, and officially signed an alliance between our great nations.
Premier Nemesis was said to be particularly pleased with the new M1A2s which the transports are taking to China, as they will form the backbone of the updated 1st Chinese Assault Division, the pride of China.
China orders a new destroyer class!

With this massive investment per ship, the Chinese people are expecting great things from these ships, and Premier Nemesis promised this would bring the Chinese Navy "into the 21st century".
The Trinity Alliance is signed!
After his alliance with America, Premier Nemesis completed the triangle by signing an alliance with Russia too. This new union will be called the Trinity Alliance, according to our latest sources.
Premier Nemesis said he was "delighted" to meet the new Russian leader, and to sign such an alliance.
CHINA GEARS UP FOR THE INVASION OF TAIWAN
Chinese forces have been training hard on Hainan Dao(a Chinese island) to launch successful amphibious assaults, and now a huge portion of the Chinese military is mobilising in Shanghai to prepare for the invasion of Taiwan.
"That island will be re-united with the mainland!" President Nemesis said in a TV interview.
American units are also likely to see combat, although their involvement is said to be very small. More than likely though is that the new tanks bought from America will be in the thick of the fighting.
One Chinese military expert today said: "Finally, our troops are actually well enough trained and equipped to take on the might of Taiwan and crush it!"
Reports of an American Seahawk squadron being bought have been confirmed as true by the Defence Ministry, who say that the Chinese pilots are being trained almost 100% in ASW operations rather than anti-ship ones, to take out Taiwan's fearful nuclear missile submarines.

The crowd waited anxiously. What could possibly be this important?
Finally the Premier emerged, and began to speak:
"My people, it has come to my attention through China's excellent intelligence service that Japan intended to support the Russian invasion of China that is still so fresh in our minds. It appears only the popular revolution in Russia prevented the Japanese launching such an assault, and unlike Russia, the government that ordered this assault is still in power!
"That is why we have been training so hard for amphibious landings, under the pretence of invading Taiwan. In actual fact, we are friendly with the Republic of China, as they see our regime as finally beginning to restore democracy to China."
The crowd gasped. A Chinese leader had just admitted that Taiwan was an independent nation with its own government, not just rebels! And he had talked of good relations with them, and a democracy in China!
"The 1st Assault Army, pride of the Chinese Armed Forces will lead a joint effort by the Trinity Alliance to remove the Japanese government from power permanently, to rid that great nation of such a corrupt regime.
"I will personally lead the assault, as I was once a Chinese Special Forces soldier, which probably most of you know. I came to my position by rising through the army, and now I will use the teachings of the great Sun Tzu to bring us victory!"
The crowd burst into applause, and cheered their leader. Many did the same all over China, watching their televisions or big screens in the streets.
"And finally, then I will be attending an historic summit with the leader of the Republic of China, to finally re-unite China peacefully, without a bloody civil war like the one that destroyed our country decades ago!"
The Chinese people roared even harder, and most were shocked.
Finally China would be a world power, a democracy, and a free nation.

Type 98 Tank Unit: The Type 98 is China's latest and greatest tank. Like all Chinese equipment it is reliable and heavily armed. (Cost: 14)
Type 90-I Tank Unit: The Type 90-I is a good multipurpose tank. Like all Chinese equipment it is inexpensive and heavily armed. (Cost: 12)
Type 88C Tank Unit: The Type 88C is a good tank in the Chinese Army. Like all tanks it is good against enemy tanks and vehicles. (Cost: 10)
Type 85-III Tank Unit: The Type 85-III is an upgraded version of an older design but it forms the bulk of the Chinese tank army. (Cost: 8)
Type 80-I Tank Unit: The Type 80-I is the oldest tank in Chinese service. It is reliable and cheap. (Cost: 6)
Type YW 307 Mechanized Infantry Unit: This unit is a basic infantry unit but these soldiers ride in YW 307 Infantry Fighting Vehicles. Mechanized Infantry is good against enemy tanks and other vehicles. (Cost: 10)
Type YW 531 Mechanized Infantry Unit: This unit is the same as the above unit but these troops ride and fight in the older, less armored and less armed YW 531 Infantry Carrier. (Cost: 8)
Type WZ 551 Mechanized Infantry Unit: This unit is the same as the above units but these troops ride in the weakly armored and wheeled 6x6 WZ 551 Infantry Vehicle. This unit is good against all units expect tanks and air units. (Cost: 6)
Motor Recon Unit: This unit is a recon unit that uses Type 55 4x4 recon vehicles and WZ 551 6x6 recon vehicles for recon work. Having recon units in your attacks can increase your chances of victory. (Cost: 5, is a recon unit)
Infantry Unit: This is the basic combat soldiers of the army. This unit has no vehicles to use in combat, only trucks to bring them to and from battlefields, during a battle they fight on foot. They are armed with assault rifles, grenades and light-machineguns. Foot infantry are good against anything but tanks and mechanized infantry. Infantry are very good at defending. (Cost: 2)
Para Unit: This unit is the same as the above unit but these troops can paradrop from Y-8 Air Transport Units and make assaults from H-9 Assault Transport Helicopter Units. (Cost: 6, can be carries in H-9 Assault Transport Helicopter Unit)
Commando Unit: This is a special commando unit. These commandos may perform any of the missions listed under the 'commando/special forces rules' section of the INFO topic. (Cost: 12)
YW 534 H-8 Anti-Tank Unit: This unit is a converted YW 534 Infantry Carrier that has twin H-8 anti-tank missile launchers installed on the roof. This unit is good against tanks and mechanized infantry. (Cost: 6)
Towed Artillery Unit: Towed artillery are the standard truck-towed howitzers that many of you are common with. They are good against any ground unit at long range but they defeintly need to be protected as they are weak against any unit attacking them. (Cost: 3)
Type 83 Self-Propelled Artillery Unit: This unit is basically the same as the above unit but the Type 83 vehicle is a tracked and armored vehicle that carries a long range artillery gun inside it. (Cost: 6)
Type 85 Self-Propelled Rocket Artillery Unit: The Type 85 is a modified YW 534 Infantry Carrier that carries a large rocket artillery launcher on it instead of troops. Rockets are good against infantry and tanks. (Cost: 7)
Type 88 Anti-Aircraft Unit: The Type 88 is a armored vehicle with 4 23mm anti-aircraft/helicopter cannons on it. It is good against enemy aircraft and helicopters. (Cost: 6)
Hong Quian 7 Anti-Aircraft SAM Unit: The Hong Quian is an armored vehicle that carries a anti-aircraft missile launcher on it. This unit is very good against enemy aircraft but has no ground defense. (Cost: 8)
Air Units:
J-9 Fighter Unit: The J-9 is China's newest fighter. It is a good design and it carries good anti-aircraft weapons. (Cost: 12)
J-8 Fighter/Attack Unit: The J-8 was China's first domestically produced fighter. It is reliable and cheap. It carries anti-aircraft and anti-ground weapons. (Cost: 8)
J-8II Fighter Unit: The J-8II is an upgraded version of the J-8, it has a better engine and better electronics. It is reliable and cheap. It carries only anti-aircraft weapons. (Cost: 10)
Q-5 'Fantan' Attack/Fighter Unit: The Q-5 carries anti-ground and anti-aircraft weapons. Its China's main attack aircraft. (Cost: 10)
Q-5N 'Fantan' Naval Attack/Fighter Unit: The Q-5N carries anti-ground and anti-aircraft weapons. This version of the Q-5 can be used on carriers Its China's main attack aircraft. (Cost: 10, can be based on carriers)
JH-7 Attack Bomber Unit: The JH-7 resembles a large fighter but it is a low level attack bomber. It carries good anti-ground and anti-facility weapons. (Cost: 12)

Y-8 Air Transport Unit: The Y-8 is a Chinese built copy of the Russian An-22. The Y-8 is an unarmed transport plane. (Cost: 10, can carry 1 ground unit)
Y-8AEW Early Warning Unit: Y-8AEW has a very powerful RADAR mounted on it. It can detect enemy aircraft from very far away. The A-40 has no weapons so it should probably be escorted by fighters. When a player has an Early Warning Aircraft Unit in a battle he gives his aircraft all a better chance of winning. (Cost: 14, can help friendly aircraft in a battle)
WZ-9 Attack Helicopter Unit: The WZ-9 is a modified H-9 Helicopter. The WZ-9 carries anti-tank missiles and rocket pods. It is good against any ground unit but has no anti-air weapons. (Cost: 8)
H-9 Assault Transport Helicopter Unit: The H-9 carries only light machineguns but it can carry 1 Paratrooper Infantry Unit. (Cost: 8, can carry 1 Paratrooper Infantry Unit)
H-8 Transport Helicopter Unit: The H-8 is a large transport chopper that can carry 1 of any Infantry Unit. (Cost: 10, can carry 1 Infantry Unit of any type)

'Xia' Class Nuclear Powered Missile Submarine: The 'Xia' is China's nuclear missile sub. It is less advanced as Russian, British, American and other designs but it gets the job done. China invades Mongolia!
Info: Long a province of China, Mongolia won its independence in 1921 with Soviet backing. A communist regime was installed in 1924. During the early 1990s, the ex-communist Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party (MPRP) gradually yielded its monopoly on power. In 1996, the Democratic Union Coalition (DUC) defeated the MPRP in a national election. Over the next four years the Coalition implemented a number of key reforms to modernize the economy and institutionalize democratic reforms. However, the former communists were a strong opposition that stalled additional reforms and made implementation difficult. In 2000, the MPRP won 72 of the 76 seats in Parliament and completely reshuffled the government. While it continues many of the reform policies, the MPRP is focusing on social welfare and public order priorities. Mongolia has since become a prime target for the new Chinese Premier, who wants to rid it of a corrupt government and include it in the great Xin Sheng.

Information on the Mongolian Armed Forces(all of this is true from CIA, Congress and offical Mongolian Goverment sites)
TO PREMIER NEMESIS, FROM THE ARMY INTELLIGENCE CORPS:
The Mongolian Air Force is pitiful, as confirmed by many official sources. They have 8 MiG-21s for interception and 2 for training, and most sources indicate(including a recent visit by American Air Force officials) that these are mostly in storage and actually unusable. Their main punch is 14 Mi-24 Hinds.
The Mongolian Army numbers less than 25,000 in strength, most of which are conscripts. These are divided into 4 mechanised rifle divisions. There are also 200,000 reservists, and possible as many as 25,000 border guards and militia. The few tanks they have are outdated, but their transport for infantry and civilians is impressive for an agricultural nation.
Plan of Invasion:
The Shock Air Army is to engage and destroy the Mongolian Air Force over Ulaanbaatar, including their Hinds, with their superior numbers and technology. If the MiG-21s are still on the ground due to lack of repair, the East Air Army is to destroy them with ground attack fire.
With air superiority quickly established, the Chinese Shock Corps can parachute into Mongolia and capture their communication and supply points. Then the East and West Army Groups are to cross the borders, the East from Urumqi towards Altay, and the West from Beijing towards Ulaanbaatar itself. They will be supported by the East and West Air Armies respectively.
One infantry division is held in reserve, to be sent to reinforce the invading armies should they require it.
If resistance is particularly harsh in one direction and the other isn't facing any real difficulties, then reinforcements can be sent from one Army Group to the other.
After taking these cities, the West Army Group and its supporting assets will take Bulgan and Erdenet, and the East Army Group will take Darhan and Choybalsan.
Finally, to complete the occupation, the West Army will pacify Dund-Us and Olgiy, and the East will pacify Bayanhongor, Buyant-Uhaa and Dalandzadgad.
Then a propoganda campaign, complete with victory processions will be implemented to include the Mongolian people in the spirit of Xin Sheng.

The Chinese massive army poured into Mongolia in wave after wave. The nation was quickly over run. The Chinese had planned this attack out extremely well, and had excellent offensive tactics. This helped the Chinese from losing too many units.

Chinese stance on nuclear weapons revealed!
There was a tense silence over the press office of the Forbidden Palace, as Premier Nemesis finally emerged.
The atmosphere was alive with anticipation. The other major world powers had announced their stance on nuclear weapons, what would the man they now called the Dragon, the embodiement of Xin Sheng have to say on such horrific weapons?
"I am sad that others think that they must use nuclear weapons for the defence of their nations." The Premier began. "But China will not stoop to their level, for with the heart, bravery and strength of the Dragon we will not need such barbaric weapons.
"In China, as Sun Tzu once taught us, war is an art to be won by the most honourable and noble warriors, not the ones with the most nuclear weapons.
"That is why I know, as we are the most honourable and noble warriors on earth, we will not have to fear such weapons, and one who would use them upon China or an ally of China will find themselves destroyed and defeated by the overwhelming force of Xin Sheng.
"However, I will not let China fall too far behind, should too many nations build nuclear weapons we will acquire one nuclear submarine from another nation to give us some leverage in the language of nuclear diplomacy that other nations seem to be desperate to speak. But this will be a last resort, for China by the will of our ancestors will not fall into such desperate measures. We will fight honourably as we always have.
"Good bye Comrades, and may the power of Xin Sheng and the Party be with you."
The Premier meets the President
In the latest series of trading with other nations to increase China's international position, Premier Nemesis ordered two M1A2 tank divisions from America to form the basis of the new 1st Chinese Assault Army. He sent the TDS Honour, a transport ship to collect these, and went with it. Meanwhile, a Lynx Assault Transport Helicopter squadron from Britain was flying to China via Russia, pending Russian approval.
The Premier Nemesis met President Roddy in Los Angeles as part of the delivery of the units, and were said to have discussed the nuclear arms race in particular. The Chinese Foreign Ministry released a statement saying that both leaders had "agreed that nuclear weapons are barbaric, but we should act with caution against those building them".

The Chinese and Americans sign an alliance
Premier Nemesis today officially signed an alliance with President Roddy of America, a nation which has been pleased by China's move towards capitalism and democracy, as well as more personal freedom.
The abolishing of the "one child only" rule was said to be particularly popular in the States.
Premier Nemesis arrived in America onboard the Xin Sheng, which was escorting American and Chinese transports.
He was shown around Air Force One, and is currently considering buying a plane like it, and then went on board USS Ticonderoga, the AEGIS cruiser defending America's west coast with the President.
There they discussed the state of the world, and officially signed an alliance between our great nations.
Premier Nemesis was said to be particularly pleased with the new M1A2s which the transports are taking to China, as they will form the backbone of the updated 1st Chinese Assault Division, the pride of China.

CHINA GEARS UP FOR THE INVASION OF TAIWAN
Chinese forces have been training hard on Hainan Dao(a Chinese island) to launch successful amphibious assaults, and now a huge portion of the Chinese military is mobilising in Shanghai to prepare for the invasion of Taiwan.
"That island will be re-united with the mainland!" President Nemesis said in a TV interview.
American units are also likely to see combat, although their involvement is said to be very small. More than likely though is that the new tanks bought from America will be in the thick of the fighting.
One Chinese military expert today said: "Finally, our troops are actually well enough trained and equipped to take on the might of Taiwan and crush it!"
Reports of an American Seahawk squadron being bought have been confirmed as true by the Defence Ministry, who say that the Chinese pilots are being trained almost 100% in ASW operations rather than anti-ship ones, to take out Taiwan's fearful nuclear missile submarines.

Important News Bulletin!
The crowd waited anxiously. What could possibly be this important?
Finally the Premier emerged, and began to speak:
"My people, it has come to my attention through China's excellent intelligence service that Japan intended to support the Russian invasion of China that is still so fresh in our minds. It appears only the popular revolution in Russia prevented the Japanese launching such an assault, and unlike Russia, the government that ordered this assault is still in power!
"That is why we have been training so hard for amphibious landings, under the pretence of invading Taiwan. In actual fact, we are friendly with the Republic of China, as they see our regime as finally beginning to restore democracy to China."
The crowd gasped. A Chinese leader had just admitted that Taiwan was an independent nation with its own government, not just rebels! And he had talked of good relations with them, and a democracy in China!
"The 1st Assault Army, pride of the Chinese Armed Forces will lead a joint effort by the Trinity Alliance to remove the Japanese government from power permanently, to rid that great nation of such a corrupt regime.
"I will personally lead the assault, as I was once a Chinese Special Forces soldier, which probably most of you know. I came to my position by rising through the army, and now I will use the teachings of the great Sun Tzu to bring us victory!"
The crowd burst into applause, and cheered their leader. Many did the same all over China, watching their televisions or big screens in the streets.
"And finally, then I will be attending an historic summit with the leader of the Republic of China, to finally re-unite China peacefully, without a bloody civil war like the one that destroyed our country decades ago!"
The Chinese people roared even harder, and most were shocked.
Finally China would be a world power, a democracy, and a free nation.
TURN 21
China Invades Japan!
Chinese troops have been preparing for ages to invade Taiwan, or so everybody believed.
But actually intelligence tells Premier Nemesis that the Japanese government planned to help Russia invade China, and that makes Japan a bad neighbour, and a terrible ally, which it was at that time.
The Chinese Armed Forces have been training on Hainan Dao, and in a secure military camp there have practiced amphibious assaults and been forced to learn the invasion plan by heart. Their families were there also, so that they didn't need to leave and therefore prevented any leaks.
Their families are now being held securely on the mainland while the army travels to Shanghai to board transports to begin the invasion.
Plan of Invasion
The invasion is to be commanded by Premier Nemesis himself, a man who rose through the ranks due to his bravery and skill, not to mention leadership and tactical mind.
In the first move of the day, the combined air power of the 1st and 2nd Assault Armies, which amounts to six J9 Fighter squadrons, four Q5 strike fighter squadrons, one AWACS Early Warning Squadron and two WZ9 attack helicopters will combine with an American F-15 squadron(which before the invasion gave lectures to the Chinese pilots so we know the Japanese planes inside out) and two F/A-18 squadronsand one F-14D squadron to destroy the Japanese Air Force, on the ground as much as possible(using surprise) or just bring them out into an open battle. Four Russian Su-35 squadrons will be very good at close combat with the F-15s of Japan, so the Chinese Air Force is to try and bring the Japanese into dogfighting as often as possible. But the air power is NOT to leave the invasion force to far behind, it is to defend it at ALL costs.
At sea, two SeaHawk anti-submarine warfare(ASW) helicopters(one Chinese, one American) are to hunt down the Japanese submarines in conjuction with the American "Kidd" class destroyer and "Virginia" class submarine, as well as the Russian "Grisha" class corvette.
The Chinese "Anqing" class frigate is to work with the "Krivak" class frigate of Russia to hunt down and destroy the Japanese aircraft carrier, with air support of course(and SeaHawk help if they have finished hunting subs).
The American "Ticonderoga" class AEGIS cruiser and the two Russian "Slava" class missile cruisers are to support the Nimitz, America's supercarrier, and to defend the transports, at any cost. This is also a primary job for ALL other ships if they cannot complete or have already completed their missions - DEFEND THE TRANSPORTS!
The 1st Chinese Shock Army has trained for years, and has valuable combat experience from the invasion of Mongolia. In this invasion, they will wait until the all clear is given, then follow the air power in with their assault transports. The three divisions will land to secure a beachead near Fukuoka on the island of Kyushu, being supported by the air force and their own assault transports.
The tactic throughout this invasion will be for each Assault Army to work as a combined arms unit, their WZ9 attack helicopters and air support to work closely with the artillery and ground units to badly hurt the enemy.
Once ths beachead is secure, the first wave is to leave Shanghai on board the transports. This first wave is the 1st Assault Army, the elite and the pride of China. With their modern technology, they are well equipped to capture the first objective, Fukuoka itself.
Once this is secured, the transports will return to pick up the 2nd Assault Army. One transport isnt required for this and may be empty, but it will be used to ferry back casualties and to help any ship that is sunk.
Once both Assault Armies have landed, the aim will be to secure the rest of Kyushu, especially Kitakyushu.
With Kyushu secure, the 1st Shock Army will paradrop into Shikoku while the 1st and 2nd Assault Armies are quickly transported, either using transports or by using quick-assault bridges to mainland Japan.
If the 1st Shock run into difficulty in Shikoku, then reinforcements can be sent from the 2nd Assault Army.
The 1st and 2nd Assault Armies will continue onwards to capture Kobe and Osaka, and the 2nd will then press on to invade Nagoya, while the 1st carries out another daring amphibious assault on Sendai. The air force is to provide cover for their seperate services, or to fly over the whole zone in a huge fighter sweep if Japanese planes are still around.
Finally, the 1st Shock Army will take Akita while the 1st and 2nd Assault Armies assault Tokyo, in a mass invasion. The navy is to bombard Tokyo heavily first, to weaken the defences.
Once mainland Japan is secure, the 2nd Assault Army will take Hokkaido, with reinforcements from the 1st Army if necessary.
Once Japan is subdued, a popular campaign is to begin to introduce the Japanese people into the way of Xin Sheng, which is very like their old Bushido code of honour.
