Each time we play this game, it progresses a year and events are decided upon what happened in the last game.

Now: 1961-1962
next: 1962=1963

i think one turn should be 6 months, one year a turn would be waaaay to short.

i might be wrong, but i think one of you is talking about next TURN, and the other is talking about next GAME.

and if this game works out well, then i think its a good idea to start the next one in the 'next' time period (be it next year or next decade)

i think a year wont realy work though since we'll have researched stuff that the real countries only dreamed of in that time and going back to the same beggining(one year is a very small time in the 'history' of countries)

we can't play this game as one turn a year it just would take way to long the cold war would be over before turn twenty eight.

And we can't have it one game is a year since we would build way to much in the space of that year.

NO! NO! NO!

After this game ends, and the second one begins, instead of 1961-1962, it will be 1962-1963. Get it? Each one game is only a month.

Jester i said we can't play a one year game as in the game time is one year as the budget would be all screwed up and after you win there is no more opposition to fight its over.
