lol ... well they spent their budget on nukes, maybe so, but even if they did want to win it would ruin the game.
Could they be doing something typically russian of the time and oversizing their military capability? Who knows?
First off we need to know what they could have bought in the way of nuclear weapons and put a large amount of the budget into possible counters for this next turn.
I think these forums are not secure, i mean you are talking to them and they are saying this shit .. I dont really know but it could also be disinformation.
I would not like to think what info they have of us ... ?
Whether it be leaked or by spy or whatever.
