As there seems to be a lack of unity and stability in the Pacific region, the PRC invites the following nations to join us in forming an pact. Without cohesion and mutual-aid, we will eventually fall prey to other alliances and powers.
The PRC invites the United States, India (I think we can get along despite our shaky past), Japan, and anyone alse who wishes to join.
I think we can prosper... but it all hinges on agreement and peace with each-other.

Please note that Japan is showing it is an agressive nation, having declared war on my nation unprovoked, be aware that Japan is a threat to your organisation and ask you to declare war, or at least impose an embargo on this tyrant (i know hes not trading but it will stop him in future)

i never declared war on any nation right now, i've just put you on a 'enemy i got to watch' list, i don't recall ever saying a public statement that i am at war with Germany.
I Request to be a member of this Asian Coalition.

Japan will be accepted since it appears to have rescinded any threats it made to Germany. Let it be known though, that PAMEC will NOT be dragged into a war between your two nations.
