where will the UN Building be located? if Germany fails in its bit to be nominated as member of the security council, may it be located in Berlin known as the center for peace throughout the world

yea but 4 is a good number for a game with a total of 17 players, that leaves 13 other members as "voting", an odd number so there cant be any deadlock

well the security council is the main body in the UN, they make the main diesicions and can dismiss resolutions etc... but they also should act in the interest of the rest of the UN as they were voted in and can be voted out
