If I buy trade unit Turn 5, do I get the credits on turn 5 or turn 6?

do you have two completed FTCs? (one in ur nation and another in the nation you are trading with)

Yep, me an Israel. I'm planning on buying a trade unit Turn 5. I'm wondering if you get credits the same turn or the next?
