Yes , All "Admins" can edit what they want when they want..

"Mods" are only for certain forums. so the MOD of the General forum cant edit any posts in here.

Yeah, mods can only edit things in the forum they are mod of.

im not sure what mods can do, i think they can change style templates too, take a look here:

little practise and im getting hang of it. ok thnx, ill ask more if theres coming tricky things ahead.
