My invasion of Bouvet is cancelled-the transport ships are heading back to the Seychelles. But I was intended on using the hunk of rock as transit point I could use for an invasion of Angola-but that presents too many difficulty. I might as well try to take Zaire via Mozambique. I am sorry [esp. to Norway, but I guess to whom all this may affect] for making such a dire, & perhaps imprudent decision. ![[Frown]](frown.gif) ![[Wink]](wink.gif)
