Would anyone here be interested in playing another forum game (war or poltiics) we did this during last summer and it was a big hit, would anyone be interested in possibly doing another?

its almost like a Fantasy Sports game, each player has control of a nation (real or fictional) and he/she has to control the govement, politics, economy, military, society, everything of that nation, the players may go to war (or prevent it), build up militaries, everything you can think of basically can happen one player acts as a GM (game master) and controls and deals with the world as the leader sort of, the GM doesn't control a nation and isn't supposed to be bias, they also settle wars and calcuate war looses and victories each forum day is a turn, you cna only build so much each 'turn' like i said before, its sort of like a 'fantasy sports' game

ok, well here is the basic stuff
each forum day is one 'turn' (a year or month in game time or whatever)
we will have to decicde how much can be built/completed during each 'turn' (how much industry, military stuff, research etc..) we should also decide on economic rules (how each nation 'player' can generate 'income' to fund production, construction, research etc..) and how can we keep track of these productions and stuff (last time we did it with each nation having their own 'status' thread where they only posted their current untis and situaton, each player had to keep this thread updated as he did something)
political considerations aswell (if a player is a goverment with elections, will he have to try and win over his people when the elections? what about rebelleions?)
also ways to settle military conflict rules will be needed, we can do this two ways :
1. a game master (someone who is knowledgeable about military tactics and such) looks at the forces involved in a battle and the sitauation and decides on the outcome (i would prefer this way, but we would need a totally un-bias GM, and it allows each nation to have their own unique military units) or 2. each unit (tank, plane, infantry, crusier etc..) has a set offense and defense level and by putting forces togehter a player can 'out point' a enemy player and win (this way makes it more of a 'puzzle' type game, but it could work if the rules work out good enough, but then each nation will have a generic 'tank' and 'bomber' etc..)
