Info: Max Payne was, and is a wanted man. Kenny Payne is the lost brother of Max Payne who is now rivaling the main gangs in Newyork. Hopefully Max will come back to the family and act as the newest assassian.
The goal is this gang/Mafia is to be the unofficial law, to react to Mafia hits and raids when the cops can't, they are either bribed, killed, etc..

Max Payne can be used as a Lieutanant in a fight, raising morale of other gangsters and making quick work of other gang members. Max Payne is the ultimate Mob killing machine, being famous for taking down the Puchinello (sp?) Crime family Don and and Aesir Corporation owner.
Kenny has found, and cleared Max Payne of all charges and has given him a new home... and a job. Now the best assassian in New York. Max and Kenny will make a scary duo indeed.
Spec: Excellent in gangster-to Gangster fights, best at Don killing.
Weak: Against assassians, drive by's, explosives.
Strong against: All gun using Thugs (except for hitmen, assassians, demo men)
