China, USA, and Russia can NOT attack other countries until their outcome against Japan is done. So Russia's outcome against Uzbeckistan (sp?) will not be done. Also, if they got to wait until Day 25 for the outcome to be done, then they can't go back and take over countries for Days 22-24. They may still get credits for those days though.
Iraq, Egypt, and Israel may not move on until their outcome is done. I think Roddy may have to do the outcome, or Teapot? I ask that one of these two please contact me on AIM and we'll discuss this into more detail.

i could have sworn that you cant do that.
i mean wouldnt you have to take syria and then attack iraq the netx(22) turn?
and if i'm asked to do the outcome i will, but i gotta warn you that i have no clue as to which plane can do what and so forth so i'll go basicaly by unit cost and how many diferent roles that unit can do.

as far as the attack on japan.
Fighter, you never actualy said what you WILL and wont allow japan to do as far as defence is considered.
there's a post i have on page 24 of the main thread thats got 2 options in it. pick one
A. we assume that those 48 inf were bought on turn 20, which would leave japan with another 40 cr to spend on defence for this attack.
B. we disalow that 48 infantry because they were posted AFTER the attack, so japan would have 195/2+39=136.5cr to spend for defences.
C. EDIT: i guess there's a C option too. let him spend all 234 cash on turn 21 knowing of the attack, but this goes against the new "attack/ counter attack" rules.
i wanted to attack this as a file, but cant figure out how to do that, so here it is in text

yeah you can only do 1 country per turn, so Syria first then once the outcome is done, we can post the attack on Iraq for turn 22 !!

You know, that's pretty gay, fighter. I DID NOT use any units i used in the Japan attack for my attack on Uzbekistan so that it could get done. It ain't fair if you stop all of our turns becuase of a technicalaty and put us behind everyone else! What if this happened to Israel? What would you do then?

kenny, at least you dont have my record. i have yet to FINISH a game.
i think i've played about a dozen games like this and MOST have died on turn 3 or earlier. a few lasted to about a dozen turns, one i had a good war going with another country and he QUIT right in the middle of the war, that killed that game.
this is by FAR the longest runing game yet for me, and i hope it actualy gets to a point where some one could say "it was clear that i/we was going to win" and it would be true as aposed to just a boast.

NEW RULING!!
Attack on Japan is to be called off! You can attack Japan as soon as he gets back, but not for turn 21.
I got my reasons for doing this. If you guys want to use the excuse that he attacked you, but you can't. Those attacks were stripped from the record, and never happened. Just like when I attack Iraq in the last game, but technically it never happened.
So according to the vacation rules which have been in place since Game #2 Japan can't be attacked. I'll be putting this rule in more detail in the Attack Rules thread.
