HELLO HELLO
Gbotto, when will you post something saying how much it costs to research new items? If you have, then what topic is it under?
How much damage can a High and Medium power nuke do? What is the distance a High and Medium power nuke missile can fly?

1. nuclear weapons powers are posted in the MODERN Wargame INFO topic, use hte same rules (units each one can destroye etc..)
2. you guys wont be able to afford research for a few more days so give me a few more days to post the research lists, mkay

1. well, as i gather from the Modern game info thread.
either ICBM can reach anywhere in the world (sinse in dont say anything to the contrary)
so the 'range' is sort of a mute point.
(EDIT: oops, just read your reply in the russian forum. thanks. but it should still be in here too. for the US guys AND people who arent playing if they are bored enough to read the game)
the power is explained prety well,
High Power Warhead: Can destroy everything in a city
Medium Power Warhead: Can destroy 4 facilities in a city or 6 units
Low Power Warhead: Can destroy 1 facility each or 2 units each.
except that, in that game we had to list where each unit is (what city). do we have to do that in this one?
cause whats the point of blowing up Washington DC, if there are no units there.
and if we dont have to list which city our units are in then when we DO get nuked, we'd just say
"ha ha, you nuked an empty city. you are so evil that you killed a bunch of civilians for no reason!"
2. you mean research will cost about 500 a peice? ![[Razz]](tongue.gif)
thats realy the only way that we wouldnt be able to afford it. ![[Wink]](wink.gif) ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)
okies, we'll forget research for a while and concentrate on more 'practical' stuff. lol

nuking a major city would haev large scale effects on an enemy force
as for ranges:
long range = hit anywhere
medium range = anything in its hemisphere
