Subject: Assistance needed please..
Message:
Dear Mr President.
As you probably know from the news reports one of our cities fell to communist North Vietnamese just recently... We estimate our entire nation will be overwhelmed by communist forces within a year or so. So we ask for assitance in the form of adivisors and credits. We blieve the North Vietnamese are getting aide from the Soviet Union and if we fall, then the Soviets will have a large foothold in South-East Asia. Please send help

No, I got a CIA operation that could do just the trick. One that involves sending money/weapons to other nations. Costs 60-65 credits I believe.
