since their dwarves are as good as vils you can do these things:

--- start off 2 extra dwarves (making 4)
--- do your normal villager production -1
--- and one ox cart for the food the villagers grab

1-4 drarves go to gold w/ starting ox cart
1-3 villagers go to nearest food source, the new ox cart will follow
before your scout leaves, make him build a house, your pop will grow quickly, and making him build while scouting can hurt his efficiency.
soon you can build more dwarves, because of fast production, send your first 2 dwarves to gold and the remainding to food until you get to mid classical. your next few vils made will go to stradlers near your tc and wait for an oxcart to be created and move them to a forest. keep doing so until you have about 25 pop limit, save 100 gold for temple but spend the rest on vills and dwarves! never horde food or gold until you are ready to advance. and the rest you can go from there.

i agree to a certain point

as far as the dwarves are concerned first collect gold but don't get an ox cart to that location make the dwarves take it to the tc

then later on make an oxcart u will need food and wood as a norse alot and dwarves take only gold so with thor in rm it's best to make alot of dwarves they are good at gathering everything

it's a bunch of balancing bull doo doo that they stated about dwarves and gatherers [Razz]
