Leader: General-President al-Abdullah Jarez Pervaz Zachary

History:The separation in 1947 of British India into the Muslim state of Pakistan (with two sections West and East) and largely Hindu India was never satisfactorily resolved. A third war between these countries in 1971 resulted in East Pakistan seceding and becoming the separate nation of Bangladesh. A dispute over the state of Kashmir is ongoing. In response to Indian nuclear weapons testing, Pakistan conducted its own tests in 1998. It had a military takeover in October 1999 where its Parliament was dissolved. It is an absolute military dictatorship. The dictator is very kind to the people, keeping him loyal just in case of a coup. Most people are happy, most have jobs and many more are planned in the new factories and new military.

Breaking News

A stray rocket from the nation of Oman has striked the coast of my great nation of Pakistan. The rocket hit near a small fishing village and killed one man and wounded three others. This act violates a recent treaty signed by the former president of Pakistan where they would not test rockets, and all together get rid of their nuclear program in exchange for for some food and small amounts of small arms for the police force. This rocket stricking makes us worried that a nuclear program may be started again. As of now all shipments of supplies are to be cut by 75% till Oman proves that it is not doing anything against that treaty.
