The Republic of the Ukraine
Information: After the fall of the Soviet Union, the Ukraine, known as the "break basket" of the USSR, struggled hard to both gain independence and economic stability. Through the reforms of the brilliant economist and philosophy Anatolyi Dmetrovask, the Ukraine at the turn of the century showed some of the highest economic growth statistics in the world. A free market economy, mixed with the heavy import of foreign goods and western culture helped modernize the Ukraine into a nation to be dealt with.

Economy
Economy-before: After Russia, the Ukrainian republic was far and away the most important economic component of the former Soviet Union, producing about four times the output of the next-ranking republic. Its fertile black soil generated more than one-fourth of Soviet agricultural output, and its farms provided substantial quantities of meat, milk, grain, and vegetables to other republics. Likewise, its diversified heavy industry supplied the unique equipment (for example, large diameter pipes) and raw materials to industrial and mining sites (vertical drilling apparatus) in other regions of the former USSR. Ukraine depends on imports of energy, especially natural gas, to meet some 85% of its annual energy requirements.

Infantry Unit: This is the basic combat soldiers of the army. This unit has no vehicles to use in combat, only trucks to bring them to and from battlefields, during a battle they fight on foot. They are armed with assault rifles, grenades and light-machineguns. Foot infantry are good against anything but tanks and mechanized infantry. Infantry are very good at defending. (Cost: 3)
Airborne Infantry Unit: Airborne Infantry are the same as normal ‘Infantry Units’ but they can jump from a An-22 transport planes to paradrop onto enemy units. Paratroopers have all the same advantages and disadvantages of normal infantry. (Cost: 8, can parajumps from the An-22 Transport Aircraft Units, can be carried in Mi-17 helicopter units)
BMP-2 Gulan Anti-Tank Unit: The BMP-2 Gulan is a converted BMP-3 that carries a anti-tank missile launcher on its roof. This unit is very good against tanks and other vehicles, but weak against everything else. (Cost: 6)

MSTA-A Self-Propelled Artillery Unit: This unit is basically the same as the above unit but the MSTA-A vehicle is a tracked and armored vehicle that carries a long range artillery gun inside it. (Cost: 6)
BM-22 Self-Propelled Rocket Artillery Unit: The BM-22 is a 6x6 heavy truck that carries a large rocket artillery launcher on it. Rockets are good against infantry and tanks. (Cost: 8)

Tu-160 ‘Blackjack’ Strategic Bomber Unit: The Tu-160 is faster than the Tu-95MS and has better electronics. But it can’t carry as big of a bomb load. The Tu-160 is good against enemy ground units and facilities but has no anti-aircraft defense. (Cost: 24, can carry 1 ‘plane dropped nuclear weapon’)
Tu-142 ‘Bear-F’ Anti-Ship/Anti-Submarine Patrol Unit: This plane is a modified Tu-95 Bear bomber. But instead of bombs this plane carries torpedoes and depth charges to destroy enemy ships and submarines. This unit is very good at finding enemy submarines. (Cost: 15)
A-40 ‘Mainstay’ Early Warning Unit: The A-40 has a very powerful RADAR mounted on it. It can detect enemy aircraft from very far away. The A-40 has no weapons so it should probably be escorted by fighters. When a player has an Early Warning Aircraft Unit in a battle he gives his aircraft all a better chance of winning. (Cost: 16, can help friendly aircraft in a battle)
An-22 Air Transport Unit: The AN-22 is an unarmed transport plane. (Cost: 10, can carry 1 ground unit)

Aerial Recon Unit: This unit has special Yak-061 Unmanned Aerial Vehicle scout planes and recon versions of the Mig-27 to greatly assist battlefield intelligence. The Yak-061 is a small remote-controlled plane that can scout ahead into enemy lines. Having an aerial recon unit in your operations greatly increases your chance for success. (Cost: 10)
Naval Units:
’Minsk’ Class Helicopter Carrier: The Minsk is a small helicopter carrier that has good anti-aircraft and anti-air weapons. (Cost: 28, can carry 1 Naval Helicopter Unit)

Both are completely different planes.
Dejango, where did you get it from? If Ukraine didn't have it, the only source would be Russia?

Yep it is
Here is a site you may find useful:
http://www.fas.org/man/index.html
Non-US equipment is under the "ROW/OPFOR" headings
-------------------- Decima MAS \ When ancient Rome was near defeat, the invincible Tenth Legion was raised: they beat the barbarians on the battlefield and Rome gained peace with honour again. When the traitor, on September the eighth, left the fatherland in infamy, the Tenth Flotilla was raised from the sea and it brought weapons at the cry for honour!
Oh our Tenth Flotilla, you that mocked England, you victorious on Alexandria, Malta, Souda and Gibraltar, you already victorious upon the sea, now even on the dry land you will win!
To you Italian ships, stolen from us not in battle but by treason, and to you, our prisoners and dead brothers, we swear: we swear that we'll came back, let this be God's and the Flag's will. We swear that we'll fight until we obtain an honourable peace!
