since i didnt go turn 3 i have 11+1 credits and then i have my 14 credits for this turn so i have 26 credits

People's Republic of China will loan 12 credits to Japan for Day 4. By Day 5 the People's Republic of China will get a payment of 15 credits in return. For every Day that Japan doesn't pay 3 additional credits will be added onto the 15 until the loan is paid back.
I'll update my template and take of 12 credits.

Also we got a factory/credit system. The more credits you make the more your factory costs. Here is teh chart.
Factory Cost / Credit Income Chart:

23-40 ==================41
(Every factory takes 2 turns to make and they give you +3 credits, counting the turn you buy it was the first turn of building)
You got to pay 19 credits a factory.
