Sorry Roddy for editting this, but I was going to make this topic, and I needed to add a few things that you didn't have.
All attacks must be placed in here. Any attack posted in the official wargame topic will not be honored. The attack results however will be posted in the wargame topic. Also another copy of the results will be posted in your Nation's topic thread.
You can tell one of the mods if you think you have been treated unfairly. Express you ideas or something, because mods are not perfect. However, if the mod sees nothing wrong in the outcome, there will be no changes made. If you keep pestering the mod you will be punished.
I'd just like to give everyone a helpful tip on the attacks. The more effort you put into describing the attack ect., the better the outcome will turn out for you. If you just say, "I send all my units into this country" then your outcome won't be as great.
Everyone must list what Turn or Day they are doing the attack on.

USA Attacks Canada
units that attack Canada:
2 M1A2 Abrams
2 M2 Bradley Mech Infs
1 M113 Mech inf
2 F/A-18 Super Hornets
1 F-15C Eagle
(/ooc as i cant seem to get a responce from the MODs about what kind of forces to expect in canada) The US inteligence has ABSOLUTELY no clue what the defencive forces of the Canadians consist of. So we are sort of gonna 'wing it', but considering that they have an anual military budget of about 7.5 billion dollars, it shouldn't be too hard to beat them down.
the forces are to split into 2 groups
attack group 1: 1 M1A2, 1 M2 Bradley, 1 F/A-18
attack gropu 2: 1 M1A2, 1 M2 Bradley, 1 M113 Mech, 1 F/A-18, 1 F-15C Eagle
attack group 1 is to start their attack from alaska (they have been transfered there in advance) and attack Dawson, Whitehorse and then Churchill
attack group 2 is to start their attack with Vancouver, then work their way to Calgary, Edmonton and Regina.
From there the 2 groups are to meet an head for Ottawa and the surrounding cities.
as both groups have the neccesities of a combined arms force, the tacktics are realively the same for both. the tanks and the mech infantries are to support eachother against the ground forces. the tanks should be able to overpower any heavy machinery(tanks) the canadians have, and the mech infs are to make sure that the tanks dont get 'bogged down' by infantry enemies.
The F-15C is a pure air superiority fighter and is to make sure the canadians are not able to use their airforce(if any) against our ground forces. the F/A-18 are to support the battles that need their help more, if the F-15C needs help against enemy aircraft then they are to help him, if there is no problems in the air, they are to start to bombard enemy anti tank and anit air units and then move on to enemy ground units (not sure what bombing runs work better against, tanks or infantry, but hit em where it hurts more ![[Smile]](smile.gif) )
If the field commanders decide that the enemy capitol is too well defended then the combined attack forces are to dig in between Hudson Bay and Lake Supperior, and wait for the attack on the canadians' second front that will come Tommorow(next turn).

These forces storm east across the border and take the small city of Mafetang first and then head straight for the capital to the northeast. the forces surround the capital while artillery bombards the city until nearly dawn. before the first light breaks the South African army storms the city with assistance from additional forces from the east.

Before the invasion shuts off all power to the captial, as SA provides them with all their electricity. many SA troops with night vision were at a huge advantage in the dead of night before dawn.
Similar tactics to be carried out on Swaziland if they do not comply after they witness the raw power of SA's military might.

The whole army goes through Birganj to Patan to Bhaktapur over to the Capatal Kathmandu. After that the 1st - 3rd Arjun Divison Tanks and the Scout head over to secure the Western half of Nepal while the 4th and 5th with support from the 1st Namica and the 1st and 2nd Infantry secure the eastern half. The scout locates units in front of the Army and reports where they are. Is to not engage the forces.

It's obvious MANY of you didn't read the first post in this topic, and the rules about attacking. This is going to be the last time I'm saying this, and it is EVERYONE'S final warning.
1. YOU MUST SPECIFY WHAT DAY OR TURN THE ATTACK IS ON.
2. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE DAY OF THE ATTACK I WILL NOT HONOR IT, AND WILL DELETE THE ATTACK THE NEXT DAY.

The army's ground forces take enemy troops head on while the cheetah attack planes split up and hit flank the troops from multiple directions, enemy forces are left defensless as their lack of any type of air force/air defense, first taking Rehoboth, the heading straight north to the capital, Windhoek, to rendevous with the Southern army, heading North.
Army attacking from the most Northwestern part of SA:

The SP Artilley will open up the invasion by bombarding the city of Mazyr. Once the Artillery have shelled the city the Migs are to scramble and gain air superiority over Belarus. As the Migs are engaging the Belarussian Air Force the Olpots supported by the Mech inf. is to drive for the heart of the city. The mechs are to keep any infantry off the tanks while the tanks plow through the defenders. Once this battle is over we should have air superiority over the Belarussians and the air force is to begin bombing the heck out of the Belarussian army while the main force marches to Minsk through the city of Babruysk. Once there they are to split into three groups of equal numbers and attack Minsk from the north, South and East. Once the Capitol is secured the air force is to scout out resistance cells and destroy them one by one.

Considering the Botswanian capital of Gaborone is less than a dozen miles from the the SA border, the army storms the capital in the dead of night. The two cheetah units fly ahead of the main force catching any armored units offguard before they have a chance to react.

The F-15C has no ground attack capabilities so his presence is purely 'decorative', he is there to scare and confuse the only defence the Island nation has - the police. If some rich guy on the island has a plane that they use against our forces the F-15C is to force it down (one way or the other).
The Blackhawk is to come in with the Airborne Inf to secure a beach-head on the northern side of the country for the transport ship to land on.
from there the forces are to move down north towards the capitol.
the blackhawk and the F/A-18 are to stay ahead of the land forces a little to give them warning of any opposition and to soften it up a bit.
the M2 Bradley is more then likely going to have to be the main fighting force, as the only forseen defence is puny civilian police units. the M1A2 unit is to take out anything heavier that the island defence still has from the old days of having a military. The airborne Infantry is to make sure our heavier forces dont get swarmed by enemy soldiers (if there are any).
PS, as there is no forseeable reason for our forces to need a retreat path back into the ocean, the transport should head back to miami as soon as the M1A2 and the M2 Bradley are safely on shore.

Germany Invades Austria (turn 5)
In a surprise attack on the city of Salzburg on the border of austria and germany the Austrian air force is crushed immideately upon entering, 3 alpha jet FB F/A planes target the planes and the bo-105p helicopter unit leads in the 3 leo-II A6 EX, marder mech inf, 1 jaeger mech inf and 1 lars artillary unit into the city, every ground unit supports the rocket as it fires away on bases and other important buildings, then the 3 leos roll in along with the 2 mech inf units in the front capturing the city. the nation is at full alert now with the incursion of italy and germany. the troops move east and fire on the city of Linz destroying every unit that trys to resist, the rockets blow up police stations and the brandenburg frigate comes in and cleans up any patrol boats or planes around the area. Leading the group are the 3 alpha jets and the attack helicopter unit, the remainding units quickly follw behind (the mech inf units take the lead) and smash every unit they can find, the rocket destroys ports. the boats move along to vienna and strike in a simmilar manner immidiately when italy reaches the capital, with most of the armed forces defeated, every ground unit forms close ranks and moves into the city, Italy goes in from the south and Germany from the north, they meet in central vienna and move outwards. again the 3 alpha jets clean up any airborne resistance and the helicopter unit cleans up trash. soon vienna is captured.

Day 5, Italy and Germany Attack Austria

all of these units move into Austria, heading to the city of Klagenfurt, the 2 Infantry units protect the
1x ASTROS II Self Propelled Rocket Artillery Units
2x Otomatic-1 Anti Aircraft Units
They stay close together, the mech infantry units and tanks push through with the mech infantry help gaurding the tanks, the 2x AMX-1 Fighter/Attack Units patrol and bomb anything and everything
from Klagenfurt the units move north to Graz, using the same tatics as taking Klagenfurt, from there, the units move north to Vienna, the troops wait on the outside of the city to see when the German armies start attacking, once the Germans start attacking the Italian Army will start its bombarment of the city.

SA invades Mozambique
with mozambique laughable military expenditure of $35.1 million, and the capital within 25 miles of SA controlled Swaziland, this should be simple.

After returning and refueling, they return to the capital with the rest of the South African army and storm Maputo. the forces fan out and take the rest of the small towns after the capital falls.

Oh, that transport is doing double duty today. Its transporting the Infantry from Miami to Haiti and then picking up the M1A2 and the M2 Bradley and going of to the Bahamas (through clear waters since the cruiser should have taken care of any naval resistance by now)

The anti tank gun assists the 4 Leopard 2 tank div to clear up any armoured units, the 7 inf div attack other tanks and inf. The Mech inf is also togther with the tanks and inf. The Visby Corvette and the Karapen boat together attack any Norwegian Naval units. IF Oslo is taken the units will move to other major cities and towns sweeping north.

China invades Mongolia!
Info: Long a province of China, Mongolia won its independence in 1921 with Soviet backing. A communist regime was installed in 1924. During the early 1990s, the ex-communist Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party (MPRP) gradually yielded its monopoly on power. In 1996, the Democratic Union Coalition (DUC) defeated the MPRP in a national election. Over the next four years the Coalition implemented a number of key reforms to modernize the economy and institutionalize democratic reforms. However, the former communists were a strong opposition that stalled additional reforms and made implementation difficult. In 2000, the MPRP won 72 of the 76 seats in Parliament and completely reshuffled the government. While it continues many of the reform policies, the MPRP is focusing on social welfare and public order priorities. Mongolia has since become a prime target for the new Chinese Premier, who wants to rid it of a corrupt government and include it in the great Xin Sheng.

Information on the Mongolian Armed Forces(all of this is true from CIA, Congress and offical Mongolian Goverment sites)
TO PREMIER NEMESIS, FROM THE ARMY INTELLIGENCE CORPS:
The Mongolian Air Force is pitiful, as confirmed by many official sources. They have 8 MiG-21s for interception and 2 for training, and most sources indicate(including a recent visit by American Air Force officials) that these are mostly in storage and actually unusable. Their main punch is 14 Mi-24 Hinds.
The Mongolian Army numbers less than 25,000 in strength, most of which are conscripts. These are divided into 4 mechanised rifle divisions. There are also 200,000 reservists, and possible as many as 25,000 border guards and militia. The few tanks they have are outdated, but their transport for infantry and civilians is impressive for an agricultural nation.
Plan of Invasion:
The Shock Air Army is to engage and destroy the Mongolian Air Force over Ulaanbaatar, including their Hinds, with their superior numbers and technology. If the MiG-21s are still on the ground due to lack of repair, the East Air Army is to destroy them with ground attack fire.
With air superiority quickly established, the Chinese Shock Corps can parachute into Mongolia and capture their communication and supply points. Then the East and West Army Groups are to cross the borders, the East from Urumqi towards Altay, and the West from Beijing towards Ulaanbaatar itself. They will be supported by the East and West Air Armies respectively.
One infantry division is held in reserve, to be sent to reinforce the invading armies should they require it.
If resistance is particularly harsh in one direction and the other isn't facing any real difficulties, then reinforcements can be sent from one Army Group to the other.
After taking these cities, the West Army Group and its supporting assets will take Bulgan and Erdenet, and the East Army Group will take Darhan and Choybalsan.
Finally, to complete the occupation, the West Army will pacify Dund-Us and Olgiy, and the East will pacify Bayanhongor, Buyant-Uhaa and Dalandzadgad.
Then a propoganda campaign, complete with victory processions will be implemented to include the Mongolian people in the spirit of Xin Sheng.

Same old attack again(for the 3rd time). this time there will actualy be defences to fight, but as my forces are veterans (and still much better equiped) they shouldnt have too much problems.
The cruiser is to take out the jamaican coastguard and make sure that nothing attacks the transports.
the F-15C shouldn't have too much problems with the Jamaican Airforce cosidering that i would take three decades of their whole military budget just to buy ONE F-15.
Again, the Blackhawk and the Airborne infantry is to secure a beachhead for the transport, and then join the M1A2 and the M2 in the main attack.
This time the defenders are probably gonna have all sorts of weponry, so each of the 3 land units is to consentrate on what each does best:
the M1A2 is to target the heavier machines first and then work their way down the 'ladder' of the enemy forces, killing lighter and lighter equipment as the 'top tier' gets wiped out.
the M2 is to consentrate on the 'Infantry like' forces (the police and thier foot soldiers).
the airborne infantry is to defend the 2 heavier units from getting swarmed.
the F/A-18 and the Blackhawk are to surve a double purpose. 1 to scout ahead to give the land forces warning of what's next in line to get crushed. and 2 to soften up the defenders with aireal(sp?) attacks.
That transport is yet again going on overdrive . starting in miami taking the new infantry to the bahamas for occupation, picking up the M2 and the M1A2 there and heading into the (now cleared by the cruiser) Jamaican waters.

Iraq Invades Syria!
Attacking units: three infantry units, one BMP-1A division, four Assad Babyl tank units, three T-72 tank units, two Airborne infantry units. Two Mi-17 and 24 helicopter units. Two F-1 Mirage fighter/attack units.
two Ot-62 Mech infantry units.
Attack plan:
The one F-1 Mirage unit equiped with light bombs and little AA is escorted with the other F-1 during wake-up time for Syria military forces. The F-1 Mirage attack unit hits key communication area's across Tadmir and Hims. Minutes after the alarm rings two Mi-17 helicopter units being escorted by one Mi-24 helicopter unit drop the Airborne infantry soldier units onto armor facilities. During this two Assad Abbyl tank units will move with one T-72 division running towards the capitol with a mi-24 helicopter division over them. to Rein-force the infantry after they land two T-72 tank divisions are to head for the attacked/captured area's to help them fortify.
two infantry units in two Ot-62 mech units with one Assad Babyl tank unit will attack the city of Dayr az Zawr.
one AA tank unit will move with the main assault force on the capitol along with one Mig-23. Another MiG 23 unit is to help with attacking aircraft at the Airborne Infantry mission area.
and one infantry division with BMP-1A APC's will join up with the attacking forces at the capitol.
After the F-1's are done, and the Mi-24 has seen to the Airborne infantry they are to help with the invading of the capitol.

Iraq invades Syria!
It is a very bloody battle was Iraqi units cross the border into their Arab neighbor..
The battle is brutal as Arab fights Arab...
By nightfall on the first day the Iraqis have control of most of the south-eastern part of the country and they are moving towards Damascuas..
The Syrian tanks put up a strong defense of the Euphrates river and Iraqi units aer stalled as they try to cross the river and capture key bridges..
The Syrian airforce is overwhlemed but their is a massive dogfight over the small vilalge of 'Al-Shaupa Bia'
CURRENT BATTLE STATE: Stalemate.. Iraqi forces control about half of southern Syria.. Syrian units have them stalled..

alright, let me see here...
reinforces with one Su-25 Anti Armor fighter unit and one mig -21 fighter unit.
for the ground forces i send one more Assad Babyl tank unit and one infantry unit.
Ground units are to stay defensive and the mig 23 and 21 fighter squads are to do patrols around the war area's shooting/ attacking any air or ground forces that they can.

Argentina Invades Brazil!
Argentinian official army, after the conquests in the mountains of Peru, set to the jungles of Brazil. While many tanks accompany this force, so are the number of infantry equipped with anit-jungle tools, like flame thrower and high powered grenades. The tanks are also equipped with powerful hedge removers and blades to swipe through the jungle under brush. Periodical airstrikes from the jets of the task force should aslo clear the way. This task force should be en route to Rio Branco, and once that is secured, move to Brasilia. Wait to lay siege to Brasilia until all task forces are ready.
The task force from Argentina, which consists of TAM Tank Unit, Leopard 1 Tank Unit, M113 Mechanized Infantry Unit, and 2 infantry units. They are to be first sent to secure Porto Alegre, then hugging the coast make it to Sao Paulo Santos, where, after the city is secured, cut across to the Rio Parana River, where they will stay close to the river to make it as far as thy can to Brasilia.
The task force from Bolivia should have it the easiest. It consists of Leopard 1 Tank Unit, TAM Tank Unit, and 2x M113 Mechanized Infantry Unit. They should occupy the highways and roads to get to Cuiaba, and then head towards Brasilia.
These battles are to be known as part of Operation America.
Turn 8 battles and orders will be made as soon as i get results from the brazil battles.

Ukraine Attacks Romania Turn 8.

the War is opened with the Artillery bombing the city of Iasi into Rumble. After the bombard the airforce is to stream through and destroy all of the romanians airforce. If the Romanians don't take to the skies the Floggers are to bomb them on the ground. Once the Romain Airforce is on the Wing the Flanker squadron and the two Fulcrum squadrons are to take the lead in destroying the enemy airforce. The floggers are to take a supporting role in this air battle. They should be able to wipe out the Romanian airforce in short order. Once the air battle has been won the Floggers are to support the main invasion. The first city to fall will be the city of Iasi. where the floggers will bomb the enemy tanks and infantry. The main force will come in three attack groups one tank and one mech infantry to each group. They will attack the city from three deferent directions supported by the floggers. The Fulcrums and flankers if any are left will scout out the country side and find the main battle group of the enemy. once these have been found the info will be relayed back to the main force and the artillery will open up on there position. Then the triple battle group will blaze in under the cover fire of the Floggers. If by then we still have not taken the Capitol then the invasion group will turn around and attack the Capitol. With heavy bambardment from the Artillery and airsupport from the Floggers. Once we have the capitol under control the Airforce is to recon large groups of enemy troops and wipe them out. The floggers will concentrate on the enemy anti- aircraft units when ever discovered during the invasion all of them will attack those units at the same time.

isnt someone supposed to do my Brazil attack? I need to know what I have to attack with this turn, then do my turn 8 attack in like 3 1/2 hours, and then have that resolved!!! Fighter, i think, arent you supposed to do my attack?

writing up the attack now, will post in a minute
the cruiser is to do shore bombardment of Moin and Puerto Limon.
the attackforce comming from Panama (everything but an M1A1 and an inf) are to take the city of Golfito and then go to San Isidro then to Moin and Puerto Limon. once Puerto Limon is secured, the transport with the reinforcements can come in.
the reinforced attack force is to then move on San Jose. Once San Jose is under our control and the bulk of the Costa Rican armed forces are defeated then move northeast to take the rest of the country.
The initial stage of the assault (before Puerto Limon) the attack forces will be lacking the presence of infantry units. but with the 3 air units doing scouting and bombing runs, the tanks and the mech inf should be able to organize their attacks in a way that the mech fights the footsoldiers and the tanks fight the heavier machinery. After Puerto Limon is taken and the infantry (with another tank div) joins the attack force, the infantry is to take over the 'defence' of the heavier units.

The USA's Carribean Attack force continues their treck north. The USA attacks Nicaragua. Because of casualties suffered in the attack on Costa Rica and congressional cut backs of the military budget, there was not enough money to expand the military force for this attack. the damaged units HAVE been repaired though, and enough new Infantry was trained to provide the garrison required for Costa Rica.

Yesterday's attack on Costa Rica showed that the pilots of the Air units in this army have grown overconfident and that cost a few of them their lives. The brave soldiers from the M2 Bradley Unit that lost their lives in yesterdays attack have each been given the Congressional Medal of Honor for their effort to compensate for the lack of a regular Infantry unit in the first half of the attack.
That oversite has been corrected today and the attack force starts out together on the north-western border of Costa Rica and heads into Nicaragua prepared for a 'clean' operation.

how the hell they can afford all 3 branches on that kind of cash is beyond me, but....
the attack force is to head for San Juan del Sur first, then to Rivas and Granada and is then to attack the capitol of Managua. once the capitol is in our control the attack force is to work its way clockwize around the Lago de Managua(Puerto Sandino, Leon, Corinto, Esteli, Matagalpa) to take the rest of the western side of the country and then head south east towards Rama, Bluefields and El Bluff.
As our forces are mainly machines (4 machine units to one inf) the infantry should not worry about the attack, just protect the machines from the enemy. between the M2 and the 3 tank devisions, they should be able to take out anything that comes their way.
The 2 fighter units are to take out the enemy airforce and then all 3 air units are yet again, scouting and bombing, but this time are ordered to excersise a bit more caution.
the cruiser is to make sure none of the Nicaraguan Navy go for the transports passing, and once done with the enemy navy, it is to engage in bombardment of the easten shore.

The Ukraine forces poised in the North gears back up for the invasion. The fresh forces in from the homeland boost moral and fills in the gaps left by the men who gave their lives for their country in the last war. With renewed vigor the forces launch off to bring this war to its end. The sound is defeaning as the Artillery opens up on the city of Brasov and the Migs scramble to destroy the Romanian AirForce. Even before the ground battle begins the Fighters are off searching for the Remainments of the Romanian Air Force. The Floggers keep a close eye on the Ground taking out any Sams or anti-aircraft units they See. The main army group is to stay back until the air battle is fully ingaged then to roll through to the city of Brasov. The mechs support there Oplot partners as they stream throught the Romanian country side. The skrek of the shells is defening as they approach the city from the North and East in two attack waves. The shell bambarding never lets up as they drive throught the city. The air battle should climax after the Battle for Brasov. Once the enemey air force is neutralized the invasion group drives south for Bucharest as the Floggers scream over head raining death upon the hapless Romanian forces. The fighters are lighting up the enemy for the Artillery to zero in on. The deadly rain from above continues as the Oplots stream through the city of Bucharest. Once the Capitol is siezed the Floggers are to find the rest of the Romanian army. Once its found they are to light it up and bomb it into rubble. They will give the cooridinates to the Artillery units which will join in the bombardment while the oplots and mechs supporting each other drive into them in a wedge formation. After this the Invasion force will used air suppiority to flush out the rest of the Romanian Army and passifying the country.

Following units go on the offensive:
one MiG-23 squad is to escort along with a MiG-21 squad the T-22 strike bombers on bombing raids on armor locations.
Two infantry units are to go on scout and set up base-camp patrols with a Ot-62 mech inf. division.
the two Mi-17 transport copters along with one MiG-23 squad is to pick up the airborne units and bring them to the main base in Syria to stock up and rest.
After the Mi-17 choppers are safe the MiG-23 squad is to attack the rest of the Syrian air force.
All else is on defence.

Again a two phase attack.
phase one is- cross the border from Nicaragua and take control of Puerto Lempira. There the reinforcements of 1 M2 Bradley and the 2 infantry are to join the attack force.
the transport with the infantry still on it is to head to Nicaragua, and the empty one is to head back to Miami to pick up the remaining 2 infantry.
The cruiser is to help in the attack on Puerto Lempira and then to go off to protect the transports.
After being reinforced the land/air forces are to head west for the capitol city of Tegucigalpa (taking Juticalpa on the way). after the capitol is in our control, they are to head north and then west to establish control of the rest of the country.
As in this attack there is much more infantry then there has been in the past (not to mention more mechs) this country shouldn't present much of a problem. Again, the air units are the scouts and the land units engage whatever they fight best. Tanks for machinery, Mech for infantry, and Infantry for counter attacks by the enemy troops.
EDIT: hey just FYI, i just found out what the 'pride'of the Honduran army is......its a HORSE DRAWN TANK. lol. i bet their best aircraft is one of rubberband wound ones.

Reinforced the Syrian-Iraqi war with four infantry divisions and two T-72M1 divisions.
Pushing forward!
Two airborne infantry units in two Mi-17 transport units, being guarded by two MiG-23 fighter units are to land a few miles behind enemy lines and attack enemy infantry defending the capitol from behind while the T-72M1 division, along with one infantry division attacks from the front.
After the Mi-17 units land the MiG-23's are to attack remaining airforce units in the south, while a MiG-21 unit scouts the north.
Su-25 Anti Armor squad is to hit armor locations near the capitol as well, as soon as they have taken out as much armor as possible one AB tank unit and one Ot-62 mech. infantry unit is to assault the capitol, with one Airborne Infantry and T-72M1 meeting up with that attack force.
Towed artillery is to bombard the capitol from safe distance being defended by one infantry unit.

the cruiser can help with that one coastal town if needed.
i got over 100cr of units in this (not counting the navy) so it shouldnt be a problem.

The attack force is comming from the NW border with Guatemala so they are basicaly just heading SE towards the capitol of San Salvadore, taking all them little cities on the way.
The tacktics are familiar to most of the attack force, as they have conquered half a dozen countires together.
The Air units are to take out the enemy airforce and to scout for the land attack force.
The Infantries job is to defend the machine units from being overrun by peasants(or enemy soldiers), while at the same time using the tanks/mechs as cover.
The Mech Infs are the main attackers on foot soldiers.
The Tanks are the main attackers on enemy machinery and fortifications.

i wanna point something out. my cheapest garrison unit (the infantry) costs 5 cr. so the prospect of garrisoning REALY sucks. could we make it so that the required garrison was in "credit value of units required" instead of "# of Units" cause i feel REALY discriminated against by my high cost infantry. is there a way i could research or buy a cheaper garrison unit?

Battle orders:
During the dead of night 5 F-16C Fighter/Attack Units with ground attack weapons loaded working in groups, supported by 4 Mirage-5SDD Fighter Units and 1 Mig-21a Group begin
to attack forward command and control and some ground unit targets in eastern Libya concentrating most fire in and around Marsa al Burayqah flying multiple sorties.
The 1st Air attack group is to hit all military communication structures, the 2nd Air knock out the power to the city of Marsa al Burayqah. Following sorties are aimed against air defence and military units.
After Initial Command and control structures are to be hit the 3rd Air group, which has slipped in under RADAR lands 2 Paratroop infantry units to the south of Marsa al Burayqah to assault the city.The 4th Air group is dropped in to the North to halt any counter attack coming from the northern city of Banghazi.
The Paratroopers orders is to assault the city and hold it until reinforcements arrive from the Egypt a couple of hours later.
With an advance Recon group supported by 1 Nile-2 Anti-Aircraft Unit providing forward intelligence slipping across the border. The main Egyptian battle group sweeps through the unsuspecting Libyan border defences and heads for Marsa al Burayqah to link up with the Paratroopers.
The ’Romeo’ Class Diesel Powered Attack Submarine is to sit outside Tripoli and torpedo any naval units docked there.

after i posted my last attack (el salvadore) i found out that the 'scouting' that i had my air units doing was being ignored by the mod (fighter) because fighter planes cant scout. good to know.

The military capability of our enemy makes this attack almost a training mission. Other then the obveous objective of taking control of the country, there are additional instructions to the Attack force:
A. This is a field training excercise for the new Recon Unit, let them do their job, but watch their backs carefully, their not as experienced as the rest of the attack force (thats conquered most of central america).
B. The F-15C fighter unit has been put up for sale, so no unneccessary damage please.
C. Tommorow is MA-Day, so the less casualites the better.
The Attack force from Guatemala (everything but the recon unit and 2 F/A-18) is to cross the border and head strait for city of Punta Gorda. Once control of the city is established, the transport fleet (accompanied by the 2 F/A-18s), will bring in the Recon Unit.
From there, the attack force is to move up north.
The recon unit in the front, followed by the M2 Bradleys and close behind them the tank units and the 2 infantry units.
The airborne infantry is to stay with the Blackhawk and attack the rear of the enemy once a 'line of defence' is established.
the 3 F/A-18s are to stay above M2s and help out the recon unit if it gets into trouble. once the battle begins, the F/A-18s are to do bombing runs on the enemy, and the F-15C is to stay far above them to watch out for any enemy aircraft.
As the opposition is expected to be minor in this conflict the Infantry units are to stay with the heavyer machinery and protect it from any surprises.

Ukraine invades Moldova
In Army Group One:
Three BMP-2 Mech Inf.
Four T-84 Oplots
Two MSTA-A SPA's
Two Mig-29 'Fulcrum-Cs'

Two Su-27 'Flanker'
The ukrainian army after having successfully defeated the major neighboring country of Romanian turns to the poor Moldovian state to unite its territory. The exprienced Ukrainian Airforce is to lead the way. The Flankers and Fulcrums are to fly through the country on a search and destroy mission looking for enemy air craft. They will fly in flights of one Mig-29 squad and one Su-27 squad. One flight will start from the north while the other will start from the south they should meet over the city of Dubassari. The floggers will fly ground search and destroy missions looking for sam sites and anti-airground units. They will split in two groups and follow the sam flight paths as the other flights just at ground level to ward the fighters from ground attack. Once the Moldovian Air Force is reduced to rubble the Floggers will turn south to support the Invasion army as it drives north. The Army will start with the city of Cahul which will be heavily shelled by the Artillery then the Tanks will come in two groups one from the south and one from the west all the while being supported by the mech infantry. Once the city of Cahul if subdued they will move on to the City of Bender subduing the Country side while moving to it. Heavy shelling by the artillery well open the attack on this city and then the invasion force will make a direct assualt on the city. Once its subdued the army will move on to city of Tiraspol. Artillery will open every engagement from now on. They will move in a direct assualt on the city to drive out any remanments of the Moldovian army. Once these twin cities are conquered the Army will move on to the Capital of Chisinau. The army will do a tripple assualt on the city one mech and tank from the east and one mech and tank from the west. While two tanks and a mech will come up from the south. The mechs will support the Tanks against any infantry that might bough them down. Once the Capital is taken the troops will spread to the north to take out any remaining troops. The troops should remember that this is to take over the country and as little damage to the civillians should be done as possible so that littler garrison will be needed and the population will be less inclined to rebel.

THe 5 Strv 122 Leopard 2 tank units invade in unison with 1 inf and 2 Cv90 mech inf into Kiev. 1 towed art and 1 Bkan self propelled art bombards Kiev. 1 anti tank gun pushes forward in unison with the tanks and inf. 1 Rsb 90 AA missille takes position and waits for the old Ukrainain planes to come into range. Since there is no opposition the Swedes are defending against the old Ukrainian units that should attack from Moldova and Rumainia.
When the Ukrainian units arrive finally 3 leopard 2 will attack the 4 opt-84, the 2 other leopards assist the Cv-90 mech inf and 1 inf in attacking the mech inf. All the fighters will fight the other planes then once air superiority is acheived the Gripens will attack any ground troops. The 2 art units will also fire upon the invading units, the art will be positioned behind the front lines. The Rsb missile aa unit will help shoot down the planes. Once the Ukraian units are destroyed the Swedish troops will move to other major cities.

Ukrainian Forces hearing of the Swedish invasion of ukraine call off their attack on moldovia. The fighters that where to attack the north Fly around the small nation while the fighters in the south and the main invasion force enter Ukraine from the Southern border between Ukraine and Romania.

The ukrainian Forces will ignore the Swedish push into Kiev the Government Fleeing to Odessa at the news of the invasion. Once the Swedish forces have established themselves the Belarussian Garrison are to hit them from behind crushing the AA Guns. The BMP-2 mechs are to lead the attack with the anti-tank unit is to attack any tanks or heavy vehiciles that show up. The Two MSTA-A SPA are to shell the AA gun and its defenders first and then the enemy artillery. Once thats done they are to move on to the Leopards and Mech inf. The MIG-29's and Su-27's are to attack the F/A units in the Swedish airforce first with support from the Floggers. The Romanian Garrison is to move into Ukraine and attack the Second Swedish army Group with the Gulans attacking the enemy tanks and the mechs attacking enemy mechs and either filling in where needed. While the Main Army Group is to attack the lone Leopard tanks, Mechs supporting the tanks as they drive in to meet the Leopards. The infantry is to do sparce Guerilla fighting meeting the enemies vehiciles where ever they get boughed down. If there is any Floggers left after the battle with the enemy fighters they are to support the ground battle where ever possible. The navy consiting of one frigate sails out of the Black sea to attack the Swedish Navy paving the way for allies to land on their beachs.
The Ukrainian Government calls on its allies in Moscow and Berlin to Attack the Swedish. He also encourages the rest of the World to use the weakness of the Sweds to return their favor since they are involved in this war their territories are open to attack just as mine where. I also ask the Russians since they have allowed themselves to be used as a road for the Swedish army they offer us the same oppertunity and allow our forces if there are any left from the war to go through their territory to attack the Sweds.

Sitting quietly in the depths of the North Atlantic Prime minister Michael Brookes commits his executive order for his two ’Upholder’ Class Diesel Attack Submarines to carry out attacks on the Aggressive nation of Americas fleet, because of its intended actions against the Sweden, an ally of Great Britain.
With the knowledge that the fleet has no defence against submarine attacks the subs rise to torpedo depth and release 15 torpedoes aimed at the undefended Nimitz Super Carrier and Ticonderoga Missile Cruiser , the subs then sink bank into the depths of the Atlantic out of the way of American retaliation.

The French Navy will not let the ambitious US Navy attack a close ally of France, Sweden. Right after the submarine attack on the US Fleet on route to the the black sea, the French Navy attacks to make sure that the there is no way the fleet will reach its destination.
The French aircraft carrier the 'Charles De Gualle' carries into battle 2 Super Etendard Naval Attack/Fighter Unit and 1 Rafale M Naval Fighter/Attack Unit. The aircraft carrier is escorted by 1 ’D’Estienne D’Orves’ Class Frigate and 1 ’Georges Leygues’ Class Destroyer (an all purpose frigate).
The Super Etendards and the Rafale M Figther/Attack jets take off from a safe distance onboard the nuclear powered aircraft carrier and fly towards the US Nimtiz class carrier. The Supet Etendards fly at a very low altitude below RADAR capabilities of the US Navy. The Super Etendards fire powerful anti-ship missiles towards the battered US carrier. The Super Etendards are a very good aircraft for this kind of attack. During the Falklands war, the Super Etendards were used by the Argentinians to sink many British Ships, also not 1 plane was lost by the Argentinians. The Rafale M Fighter/Attack jets fly at a higher altitude, ready to shoot down and F/A 18 that might try to take off of the US carrier.
After making sure the US carrier is sunk, the Jets move onto the US Missle Cruiser with the same battle strategy and they make sure that the battle hardened ship will not move on.
The frigate and the Destroyer will escort the carrier and shoot down any planes or missiles that try to attack the carrier.
After the attack the planes will land back on the carrier and the French fleet will move into port at Marsielle for rest and re-arming.

Its a very big and well planned out attack! The Lybian army is pathetic and in a state of down sizing!
The Egyptians secure the capital after some mid-sized battles and they win!

Orders:
4 F/A-18 Super hornets-Defend Ukrain (via Nimitz Carrier)
1 Nimitz Super Carrier - Move to Black Sea

1 Kidd Destroyer - Escort Trade Fleet
3 Trade Ships - Trade with Israel
on the way throught the atlantic the sonar radar of the Kidd Destroyer (escorting the trade ships)picks up 2 subs heading strait for the carrier/cruiser fleet.
he sends warning and the Ticonderoga cruiser starts droping depth charges just as the subs reach torpedo range.
the Carrier having moved to the far side of the cruiser and having scrampbled the F/A-18 off the decks.
The Destoyer having sent the trade fleet on their way, disengages to go help the besieged fleet.
some of the F/A-18 pilots try to help the ships by droping bombs into the water, but soon realize that it isnt doing anything but confusing the sonar systems of ALL the ships and subs.
The destroyer arrives just after the British subs disengage. (i could put that the cruiser and the carrier survived with minor damage cause of the early warning, but i'll leave that to the MODs).
when the French attackers arrive (immagine the horror on the Carrier captain's face) the Fighters are already in the air and attack with a vengence now that they have targets they can actualy HIT.
The Destoyer and the Cruiser (if it survived the british attack) engage the French....... (again i'll leave the outcome to the mod, and ask the rest of you to do so also in the future. you cant decide what WILL happen in an attack)

usually when you post your strategy you shouldnt put a battle outcome because you have no idea what itd be, in your attack you had no idea you'd be hit by subs, so how would you be prepared for them? or for the French attack? as far as im concerned you were a sitting duck and you shouldnt be able to change you entire attack because you got hit....

The Ukrainian Frigate hearing of the Brittish unprovuced attack on the US fleet sent to aid us in a war,switchs headings in the Middle of the Atlantic to intercept the upholder Class subs. Being an all around good ship he drops depth charges on the English vessels as they begin their attack run on the Brittish vessels. If it survives the engagement with the Brittish vessels it is to continue on its mission to attack the Swedish navy.
